Cancellation and Refund Policy MIZU SOAPS
If you wish to cancel the order you can email a request for cancellation to firstname.lastname@example.org. In case the order has been dispatched, we will not be able to call it back. You will have to bear the costs for returning the order to process a refund. The refund will be processed within 7 days of request for cancellation if the order has not been dispatched. If the order has been shipped out, the refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned items. We do not accept request for cancellation after the order is received.
Return and Exchange
Items once delivered cannot be returned. We do not exchange the items once dispatched.
The refund will be transferred in the form of a bank deposit. Please send us Beneficiary name and account details along with the bank IFSC code in your request for cancellation so that the refund can be processed at the earliest.
If you feel that the order has reached you in a damaged condition, please take a picture of the damaged item and email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. If we confirm the order as damaged, you will be required to ship it to us and we will process a refund within 7 days of receipt of the items.
